Engagement terms
- Software delivery engagements are governed by a master services agreement and a statement of work setting out scope, price, acceptance and ownership of the intellectual property in the work produced.
- Technology talent engagements are governed by a placement contract that includes IP assignment and confidentiality terms and a conversion term covering direct hiring of a placed engineer within a protected period. See talent contract terms.
