- We engage engineers on contracts, and we say so before you apply. That lets us match you to engagements that fit your skills rather than whatever is next in a queue.

- In a contract relationship, our reputation with engineers is everything, and we protect it. Written IP and confidentiality terms from day one, so there is no ambiguity later.

- Strong performers on talent engagements get first call on Codentures-led delivery work, with architecture responsibility rather than more of the same.

- Clear briefs with tier, client context and expectations stated before you interview, and an answer either way, including a reasoned no.

Who we are looking for
Engineers our clients can rely on from week one
Strongest demand: .NET, C#, Azure, SQL Server and PostgreSQL, and the modern web stack: React, Angular, Next.js and TypeScript. On mobile, React Native and native Android. Experience with LLM integration is increasingly valued.
Lead engineers and architects
You have owned architecture decisions and led teams. You are who we put in front of clients as a technical lead on Codentures delivery engagements, or embed where a client needs leadership inside their own team.
Senior engineers
Strong in .NET, Azure, full-stack or mobile work, comfortable joining an unfamiliar codebase and useful within days. Most of our delivery and talent engagements are built around engineers at this level.
Mid-level engineers
You work independently inside an established team with a healthy review culture, and you want to grow towards senior work with clients who take engineering seriously.
We work with engineers across Portugal, the wider EU and India, and contract through our Portuguese company in all cases. EU work authorisation is verified at the first layer for EU-based roles.
