AI, payment & platform integrations

Integrations with the platforms modern products run on: large language model APIs, real-time voice and video, payment gateways, video and streaming, email and SMS, and enterprise learning systems. Each one is built to be idempotent, observable and reconcilable, because every provider eventually has a bad day.

Outcomes

  • AI features that stay fast and affordable at real usage
  • Payment and payout records finance can trust
  • Provider outages absorbed rather than passed to customers

The challenge

What usually brings clients to us

Your product depends on someone else's platform: a model API, a payment provider, a streaming service, a customer's LMS. The first version was quick. Now there are duplicate charges nobody can explain, AI calls that time out under load, and a finance team reconciling by hand.

Provider documentation describes the happy path. Production is everything else: webhooks delivered twice or out of order, rate limits, partial failures and API versions that change underneath you.

What you receive

  • Working integrations with the platforms in scope, in production
  • Idempotency, retry and failure handling designed in and tested
  • Reconciliation or delivery-status tracking for every integration
  • Cost, usage and error monitoring for AI and third-party calls
  • Documentation of every integration contract, limit and failure mode

Approach

How we deliver it

  1. AI features built for production

LLM calls treated like any other critical dependency: timeouts, retries with backoff, cost and usage visibility, fallbacks, evaluation and logging where policy allows. OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI and open models.

  2. Payments that reconcile

Stripe, Adyen, PayPal and PSD2 or SEPA flows built around idempotency keys, webhook verification and a reconciliation path, so every payment state can be explained.

  3. Real-time voice, video and messaging

Conversational AI over WebRTC and LiveKit: speech transcribed, answered by a model and spoken back in real time. Alongside it, video encoding and streaming, email and SMS delivery, and SCORM, AICC and xAPI, each with delivery status tracked rather than assumed.

  4. One discipline, whatever is on the other end

Idempotent handlers, bounded retries, dead-letter handling and observability. The provider changes; the engineering standard does not.

Fit

Who this suits

Product companies whose revenue or customer experience depends on third-party platforms, and teams adding AI capabilities to an existing product.

For a single, low-stakes integration with no ongoing operational weight, a small fixed-scope build is usually the better fit.
